*National shows include the American Royal (Kansas City), National Western (Denver), Aksarben (Omaha), North American (Louisville), and World Dairy Expo (Madison), NJSA Summer Spectacular, and Team Pureland Summer Type Conference.

Eligibility

  • Must be a 4-H or FFA member

  • Only the highest award will be issued per animal per year.

  • Only one (1) award will be presented per applicant.

  • Kent feed must be the only formulated commercial feed fed. Animals must be fed the recommended amounts through project completion. Applicant must provide copies of Kent feed invoices (3 months prior to show.)

  • A newspaper clipping or fair listing to verify the award won along with feed invoices & a 4 x 6 color photo should be attached to this entry form. Computer generated photos cannot be used.

  • Completed award applications, with attachments must be received in Muscatine:

County & State Fairs - before November 1, 2007.

National Shows - before February 1, 2008.

 

Qualifying Period

Awards earned between February 1, 2007 and January 15, 2008

Jackpot or Open Show winners are not eligible for awards.
